A 5 bed detached house completed in 2005. Birchvale Developments acquired a dated bungalow adjacent to the Barlow Fold conservation area of Romiley and gained consent for the demolition of the bungalow and construction of the detached house.

The spectacular views to the rear of the property and south facing aspect, were paramount in the design process ensuring stunning views from major habitable rooms.
Gothic Barn, Romiley
A sympathetic barn conversion from a semi derelict barn into a 4000 sq ft detached dwelling with outbuildings. Birchvale Developments obtained the planning permission for the conversion and undertook the works with the emphasis placed on incorporating the original oak beams and brickwork to create a stunning family home.

Spinney Cottage
A side extension at the entrance to a conservation area. Again design and material choices were paramount in securing the planning consent and constructing the extension.
