Birchvale Construction operates along the same principles as Birchvale Developments. Whilst undertaking various projects for Developments, Birchvale Construction is a separate company capable of undertaking all aspects of building work from domestic extensions to new build houses.

Barlow Fold, Romiley

Sitting in the Barlow Fold conservation area Birchvale Construction obtained the planning permission for this 2 storey side extension having discussed design and material choices with the planning department prior to submission of the planning application.  Constructed in reclaimed brick with a natural slate roof the extension compliments the existing house and street scene, whilst updating the interior to the owners requirements.

Links Road, Romiley
